Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to initiate a return.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

-The product received does not match the order specification (e.g., incorrect size, color, or item).

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
