Shipping policy

Shipping
Orders will be shipped out same day (before 1pm) or next day.

Delivery timeframe include weekdays only, exclusive of weekends and public holidays.

Your parcel are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we are not responsible for lost parcel during the shipment. 

Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after a non-successful attempt.

Do note that as soon as the parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any lost of parcel.
